Run include warm-up/cool-down and post-run stretch

  • Runs will be between 3 -8 mi in length.
  • Google Map pedometer weblink of each run's course and mileage.
  • Runs include 0.5 mile warm-up/stretch and 0.5 mile cool-down/stretch.
